LAAM announces launch of fashion week

LAHORE  –  LAAM, Pakistan’s largest digital fashion retail platform together with Design651, seasoned fashion and retail experts, announced the launch of LAAM Fashion Week (LFW), a next-generation fashion platform redefining how Pakistan’s fashion industry engages with the world. Driven by the vision of uniting creativity and commerce, LFW will transform high-impact runway storytelling into instant shoppable experiences via a dedicated LFW website. This means, every look showcased on the runway will be available for purchase by customers around the globe, solving one of the industry’s biggest challenges: translating runway visibility into global retail access with scalability. LFW is set to debut in January 2026 in Lahore. As the biggest curator of Pakistani fashion brands across all sizes and scales, LAAM empowers millions of global consumers to discover and buy authentic, quality-sourced fashion reliably while enabling local fashion businesses to digitize, scale and showcase their creativity to a global audience. With over 3.5 million monthly active users, 120K plus unique products, 1,500 plus vendors, and shipping to 120+ countries and 7,800+ cities, LAAM has established itself as a market leader in fashion e-commerce. LAAM has become the nexus where fashion and commerce converge at scale. The launch of LAAM Fashion Week is a natural evolution of this legacy, amplifying the brand’s mission to unlock unprecedented access to Pakistani and South Asian fashion, while cementing the region’s place as a serious contender in the global fashion economy. Designed as bi-annual, globally scalable event, each edition will showcase high street labels, textile houses, luxury brands and couture ateliers through a curated series of runway shows presented over multiple days in a single edition. LFW’s strategic objectives include empowering Pakistani designers to scale internationally, fostering interconnected creative industries, bringing South Asian craft heritage to global consumers through digital innovation and opening new revenue streams for local brands and artisans- anchored in the ethos of Made in Pakistan. “At LAAM, our mission has always been to empower South Asian fashion businesses to dream bigger and scale globally. We give sellers the tools, technology and visibility they need to reach millions of customers worldwide, breaking barriers and making their creativity accessible beyond borders. LAAM Fashion Week is a celebration of this very spirit: bringing our designers’ stories to the global stage.” said Amir Iqbal, Co-Founder & COO of LAAM, on LAAM Fashion Week. “Technology is at the heart of LAAM. From AI-driven personalization to data-backed logistics, our goal is to create a seamless ecosystem where customers experience South Asian fashion like never before, and sellers get the infrastructure to grow without limits. LAAM Fashion Week is not just a showcase of fashion, but also of how innovation can transform culture into a global movement.”said Arif Iqbal, Co-Founder & CEO of LAAM, on LFW.

Saad Ali, CEO & Founder of Design651 and Co-Founder of LFW, added, “Through LFW, we are creating a model designed to reframe how Pakistani fashion is experienced, positioned and sold, expanding its presence within global retail and, in time, embedding it in international fashion discourse.
