TDAP CE to open 41st Carpet Expo

LAHORE  –  Chief Executive of the Trade Development Authority of Pakistan (TDAP), Faiz Ahmad Chadhar will inaugurate the 41st International Handmade Carpet Exhibition. The three-day event will be held from October 7 to 9 at a local hotel in Lahore, featuring participation from around 100 companies representing more than 40 countries. Chairman of the International Exhibition, Riaz Ahmad shared these details while expressing gratitude to the TDAP chief executive and other officials for their full support in ensuring the success of the exhibition. 

He noted that a comprehensive hospitality package has been designed for foreign buyers, which will help project a positive image of Pakistan.

He added that the Pakistan Carpet Manufacturers and Exporters Association (PCMEA) is committed to promoting exports through this international exhibition, which is also expected to open new avenues of growth for the handmade carpet industry. With the strong backing of TDAP, the success of the event is fully guaranteed.

Riaz Ahmad further stated that a clear strategy has been devised to build stronger partnerships with foreign buyers, which will yield far-reaching results. He emphasized that manufacturers will showcase premium-quality carpets featuring exquisite and innovative designs, raising strong expectations of large-scale export deals during the international exhibition.
