Gold price falls



ISLAMABAD  – The price of 24 karat per tola gold decreased by Rs100 and was traded at Rs356,300 on Monday against its sale at Rs356,400 the previous day, All Pakistan Sarafa Gems and Jewelers Association reported. The price of 10 grams of 24 karat also decreased by Rs85 to Rs305,470 from Rs305,555 whereas that of 10 grams of 22 karat gold it went down to Rs280,014. The rates of per tola and ten gram silver remained unchanged and closed at Rs3,963 and Rs3,397 respectively.

The price of gold in the international market decreased by $1 to $3,336 from $3,337, whereas that of silver remained stagnant and closed at $38.14, the Association reported.
