
Gold prices soared to unprecedented levels both globally and in Pakistan, fueled by heightened international demand and market momentum.
In the global bullion market, the price of gold per ounce surged by $59, setting a new record at $3,818.
Reflecting the international trend, domestic markets also posted sharp gains. The price of 24-karat gold per tola climbed by Rs5,900 to an all-time peak of Rs403,600.
Likewise, the rate of 10 grams of gold jumped by Rs5,058, reaching Rs346,021 — the highest level ever recorded.
